Traditions of Lebanon Memory Keepers

Please join us on the second Wednesday of each month from 5 - 6pm in the Traditions of Lebanon Activity Room for our Caregivers Support Group, 'Memory Keepers'. This group is specifically designed for individuals caring for a loved one with cognitive memory loss, such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. You may join at any time during the year. There will be time at the end of each evening for questions and discussion. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
